Institute of Fire Engineers (IFE), Nagpur is an educational and a professional body under ISTD recognised by Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Govt. of Maharashtra, under Higher Technical Education, Govt. of Maharashtra, and affiliated with Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education (MSBTE), Mumbai India The promoter of the Trust Shri A. K. Pravin Singh is the founder and promoter of the Fire Safety Education in DTE and MSBTE under Higher Technical Education, Govt. of Maharashtra since 2000. Indian Society for Technology Development (ISTD) was founded in 2001 under Society Act 1860 and registered under Mumbai Public Trust Act 1950.
IFE upholds professional standards within all Govt., Semi-Govt., and Private Fire Sectors by offering assessment of knowledge, experience, and development. It also engages with major stakeholders to offer seminars, conferences, identify and promote good practices and enhance technical network worldwide.
With an aim of imparting excellent technical education the Institute promotes, encourages, and improves the technology and practices of Fire Engineering, Fire Prevention, and Fire Protection, and all operations and expedients connected therewith, and gives impetus to ideas likely to be useful in connection with or in relation to such technology and practices.

To conduct various types of Advance diploma courses in Fire Safety Engineering & Security Management under Higher Technical Education DTE, Govt. of Maharashtra affiliated with Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education (MSBTE), Mumbai, India. The examinations are conducted by MSBTE, Mumbai & the advance Diplomas are awarded by MSBTE. |
